What are the responsibilities and job description for the BIM Technician position at KC Engineering, P.C.?
Responsibilities:
- Creating and checking drawings for all aspects industrial and commercial building projects.
- Job site visits for measurements and/or observation as required.
- Review building component submittals and shop drawings for conformance with contract documents.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associates degree in Architectural Technologies or a related field and/or 3-5 years’ experience in architectural or structural drafting.
- Proficiency with Revit.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and contribute to the success of the design team.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word and Excel.
