Position Summary: The Paid Media Manager is a forward-thinking, digital marketer with experience in all things digital and a passion for driving results. We are looking for someone who is knowledgeable and has experience with multiple digital media outlets including paid search, display, social, as well as emerging media and new technology platforms. They will be responsible for executing and managing digital marketing campaigns on a number of advertising platforms such as Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, and programmatic display networks. This person will oversee a team of other paid media strategists, report to the Director of Digital Strategy, and work closely with the marketing and account teams to deliver superior results for our advisors.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Optimize campaign performance against established KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators)
  • Track, measure and report online marketing performance
  • Evaluate and recommend new online marketing opportunities
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams on a regular basis
  • Manage budgets and bids for multiple platforms including Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads and more
  • Provide constructive feedback regarding landing page performance/conversion rate optimization
  • Work with clients and internal stakeholders to implement new campaigns and strategies
  • Perform traffic analysis in Google Analytics related to paid digital traffic and other sources/mediums
  • Coaching, mentoring, and fostering growth of other paid media and digital media strategists

Preferred Requirements

  • Have at least 2 years of Paid Search experience
  • Hold a current Google Ads Certification
  • Expert knowledge and experience working with Facebook Ads, Google Ads & Bing Ads Manager
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and Google Analytics
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and proven ability to leverage data to make intelligent, actionable business decisions
  • Hard-working, creative and eager to learn and expand knowledge of online direct marketing
  • Qualified applicants should possess the ability to independently develop ideas and strategies that lead to success and the growth of our client’s marketing programs
  • Strong communication skills
  • Management or leadership experience

Background/Experience

  • BA or BS in related field or commensurate experience preferred
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and concepts
  • Excellent copywriting and copy editing skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite & Google DocsPaid Med·
