Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Solar Installer or crew to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing solar panels on rooftops and ensuring the efficient operation of solar energy systems.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels on rooftops in compliance with relevant codes and standards
- Work on residential projects
- Handle all equipment and electrical components
- Use hand tools to assemble and secure solar panels
- Collaborate with team members to complete installations efficiently
- Conduct site assessments and ensure proper placement of solar panels
- Test system functionality
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Experience in solar panel installation or related field preferred
- Knowledge of residential electrician practices
- Ability to work on roofs
- Familiarity with NEC (National Electrical Code) regulations
- Proficiency in using hand tools and equipment
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and components
- Ability to plumb, build structures, and handle materials safely

Pay: $25.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
