Responsibilities:
- Responsible for selling/operating drayage accounts for current & new clients
- Responsible for tracking & scheduling inland portion of import containers
- Responsible for creating & updating Excel Spreadsheets on each account to stay organized
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and have strong phone/email communication skills
Requirements:
- Must be both self-motivated & able to work well as a team member
- Must have strong verbal & written communication skills
- Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office & Excel
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Previous International Shipping experience preferred'
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
