Job Duties
- Train and assist faculty with creating innovative course development utilizing Echo Immersive Software, zSpace 3D computers, Anatomage Software, and healthcare simulation-based equipment, and other electronic applications.
- Research and implement ways to improve content delivery and professional development opportunities for HealthForce Kentucky and the components served.
- Maintain and promote faculty and staff use of the Professional Development and organization site. This includes scheduling, posting documentation, reporting, and media checkout.
- Actively look for innovative ways to teach & learn, sharing best practices, and training others using physical and electronic resources.
- Implement, train, and provide technical support to faculty and staff.
- Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, Communications, Human Resources Training & Development, or Technical Writing) plus two years of relevant work experience or the equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Demonstrated skills with Microsoft software, Blackboard or other CMS, web development, healthcare simulators, and multimedia presentation preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills required.
- High level of customer service is essential.
- Supports HealthForce Kentucky events as needed.
- Intermittent travel may be required up with occasional overnight. Travel reimbursement is provided.
- Other duties as assigned.
