Title: Cycle Count Inventory Specialist
Reports to: Sr. Analyst Inventory Control
Department: Logistics

Organizational Relationships:
Operations, Vendors, Customers, Warehouses, Purchasing

Basic Function:
The Inventory Cycle Count Inventory Specialist is responsible for Cycle Counts and timely recording of all cycle counts performed. Maintain accurate record keeping and files as it pertains to the cycle counts, opportunity counts of all components, raw materials, WIP, finished goods and bulk. Ensure compliance with kdc/one’s facilities cycle counting program. Identify and reconcile inventory discrepancies. Coordinate disposals, PK’s, as well as monitor and track issues/returns from Production.

Responsibilities:
1. Review inventory for proper posting.
1. Research and reconcile variances in a timely manner.
1. Resolve inventory discrepancies.
1. Maintain and analyze product spoilage percentages.
1. Coordinate all Customer/kdc-one destructions and related record keeping.
1. Coordinate and review PK shipments, and authorized destroyals.
1. Assist with reconciliations with inventory issues and component analysis.
1. Ensure all activities are conducted in a safe and proper manner in accordance to Company policies.
1. Weight counting of new receipts and production returns, as required.
1. Assist in all overall maintenance and consolidation of Inventory within kdc/one facilities, staging of production materials and locations for cleanliness, accuracy, workflow, and overall safety.
1. Responsible for all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
1. High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
1. Knowledge of MFG-Pro.
1. Microsoft Outlook and Excel at intermediate level or better.
1. Competent written and oral communication skills suitable for a professional work environment.
1. Solid math and problem-solving skills.
1. Must be organized and able to work with limited supervision in a cross functional team environment.
1. Able to work in fast paced environment and have strong work ethics.
1. Must be willing to work overtime when necessary, including nights, weekends and/or holidays.
1. Minimum of 2 years’ experience as Deep Reach operator preferred.
1. 2 years minimum experience in working in warehouse environment and/or materials management preferred.
