The Role: Our Territory Sales Representatives are responsible for developing railing and skylight sales objectives in a specific (already developed) territory driven by: Dealer interaction, 1:1 consultation, on-site field measures, merchandising and display placement. The TSR's (Territory Sales Reps) accomplish this by utilizing our CRM software (Salesforce) to house pertinent information, this allows the TSR's to track, maintain and grow the business. Our TSR's manage their customer interactions a few different ways; by developing business plans, annual programs and setting super focused KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators), not only for their customers but for themselves as well.
The TSR's are provided all necessary tools and given the autonomy to develop and manage their territory the way they see fit, setting clear expectations, providing excellent service, and driving the overall sales process to completion with integrity. Our TSR's have daily collaboration with our Customer Care Team, they also work with order entry and production from time to time. The TSR reports directly to the Sales Manager, although once a month the TSR's will work together with the Leadership Team to brainstorm about driving account creation, retention, and companywide growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and manage new and existing Dealer relationships to maximize market share in an assigned territory.
- Conduct effective, result-focused joint planning meetings with new and existing customers that result in actionable plans and ongoing conversation allowing for the accomplishment of increased sales objectives.
- Develop key performance indicators with customers to measure and manage project performance.
- Develop personalized business plans for individual customers to ensure customers performance is on track to meet or exceed the forecasted budget.
- Review and manage business plans quarterly with stakeholders to ensure progression towards KDL’s goals and our ongoing alignment between our customers goals.
- Manage all qualifying project leads by scheduling an initial consultation, onsite field measure and or a final measure in a timely manner within the assigned territory.
- Prepare and upload all pertinent project information into salesforce for intake.
- Manage all leads, meeting, quotes, projects, follow up and customer communication within our system using the Salesforce CRM platform.
- Manage the sales process on all quotes that are sent to the dealer, engage in daily communication with the dealer, homeowner, builder, and our internal customer care team.
- Participate in monthly team meetings, sales meetings and weekly 1:1’s allowing transparent communication internally and proactive follow up communication externally to ensure clear proactive communication.
- Manage and execute new display placement, clean, and maintain existing displays regularly to ensure all displays are up to date, presented properly and look sharp.
- Conduct quarterly product knowledge trainings to ensure customers are staying engaged and are well versed in our products lines and services,
- Schedule plant tours and consistently collaborate with Dealers, Builders, Contractors and installers about our consultations and on-site field measuring services.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
