We are a rapidly growing tech startup committed to providing automated cleaning services for short-term rental hosts. We’re building an app-based marketplace linking cleaners to jobs cleaning short-term rental properties in-between guest stays.

What you’ll do
As an Operations Manager, you will launch, grow, and manage operational activities within your territory. You'll focus on operational excellence, growth, host satisfaction, and hospitality. You will work with data to monitor cleaner behavior and ensure quality control. This role is ultimately responsible for making sure we have cleaners turning over properties, where hosts need them and when they need them.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize cleaner data to understand cleaner behavior and areas for improvement in our housekeeper onboarding, communication, sign-up, and incentive programs
- Develop and optimize processes, taking big-picture ideas, breaking them into actionable steps, and authoring standard operating procedures
- Pro-actively search for bugs or new features that could improve a seamless host and cleaner experience
- Manage host relationships, identify, and attack problem areas for hosts
- Manage the day-to-day issues of hundreds of cleaners on our system
- Take ownership of Keepers’ growth in your market and do whatever it takes to get the job done
- Manage the end-to-end local operation with support from Operations leadership
- Track and report critical supply and demand metrics
- Problem solve - prioritize tasks and overcome obstacles that come your way
- Communicate across the organization to ensure timely resolutions, quality control, and process feedback
Qualifications
- Up to 3 years of Strategy Consulting, Banking, Engineering, or start-up background with previous experience using data to drive business decisions
- At least 1 year of experience managing team members
- Demonstrated history of leading initiatives and projects in your organization
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Engineering, or similar field
- You back your decisions up with data and you're comfortable pulling SQL (or learning SQL in the first few weeks) or modeling in Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
- Strong project management skills and ability to run multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
