As a key member of the Accounting Department, this position is primarily responsible for assisting in processing payroll and maintaining employee receivable balances for 400 employees.
Job Duties/Functions:
- Assist in processing payroll using payroll software
- Reconcile insurance bills with employee selections
- Record miscellaneous employee receivable transactions
- Maintain employee receivable balances and research discrepancies
- Maintain electronic files
Qualifications:
- Minimum two years’ experience in payroll/accounting environment
- Basic knowledge of general accounting principles
- Must be detail oriented and have strong analytical skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat and Internet
