The Flagstaff KOA is a beautiful mountain campground set at 7000 feet among tall ponderosa pine trees at the base of the San Francisco Peaks.
We are looking for enthusiastic and outgoing people to join our front desk hospitality team. Located off Route 66, The Flagstaff KOA is just an hour from the beautiful Red Rocks of Sedona and Oak Creek Canyon, an hour and a half from the South Rim of the Grand Canyon and a short 15 minute drive from Northern Arizona University.
We are open year-round offering camping in RVs, Cabins, Deluxe Cabins, tents & Teepees. Our goal is to create a great camping experience for our guests by offering excellent customer service.

Working Hours :
- Seasonal Mid April - Mid October
- 10-30 hours per week depending on the occupancy of the campground
- Shifts can be scheduled from 7am-9pm but will be primarily in evenings and on weekends
- $17.40 and up depending on experience
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensures customers receive a high level of service consistent with our customer service philosophy
- Learn and operate Campground Management system
- Communicate with all staff and management using Microsoft Teams
- Enforce campground policies and implement solutions consistent with goals of park
- Proactive guest management to ensure positive environment for all guests
- Assist all guests with reservations, registration and departures
- Coordinate with Guest Service staff for late guest arrivals
- Coordinate with Guest Service staff for problem resolution when applicable
- Assists with handling and resolving guest complaints.
- Facilitate guest ticket purchases for area attractions
- Cashier souvenir sales as well as stocking merchandise
- Utilize creative problem-solving skills
- Complete various duties as assigned by manager which can include but are not limited to : light janitorial duties, assisting other departments in completion of tasks, overall support in daily performance of the campground.

- Professional Appearance and attitude towards guests and fellow team members
- Communicate professionally and patiently
- Be on your feet during shift and able to lift at least 30 lbs.
