Office Administrator Job Description:
- Assist in managing daily office tasks and provide support to the management team, as needed.
- Greet visitors, handle incoming calls, and respond to email inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, luncheons, and conference room bookings.
- Monitor inventory levels of office supplies, place orders when necessary, and ensure the office is well-stocked and orderly.
- Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and transcribing.
Office Administrator Requirements:
- Must have a positive attitude and be a team player.
- Must be proficient in computer skills, such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Must have good communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with all clients and employees.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, while maintaining attention to detail.
- Extremely reliable and punctual.
- Must use discretion and have good judgment.
- Must be able to pass a drug and background screening.
