Overview:
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company and will provide administrative support across the organization.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure the office is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
Experience:
The ideal candidate should have experience or skills in:
- Clerical work
- Real estate administrative tasks
- Proficiency with phone systems
- Computer literacy (MS Office Suite)
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or in an office role
