Responsibilities
- Acquire seller approval for offers and counteroffers from buyers to complete the process in a timely manner
- Support sales agents, clients, and other parties with escrow-related paperwork, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans
- Save customer information in the CRM system, forward all necessary paperwork to the office broker for file compliance, and track transaction activities
- Supervise all administrative duties for home buyer and seller transactions from contract to close
- Look over all paperwork to confirm they have the correct signatures and dates, assuring that the closing process has been done accurately and efficiently
This person's primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire process
- Oversee the entire contract to close the process
- Follow each step of all checklist
- Act as a liaison between the real estate agent and regularly communicate with buyers, sellers, lenders, and title
- Communicate with the agents several times throughout the transaction.
- Create timelines and follow up with individuals as needed to ensure all deadlines are met.
- Maintain accurate and compliant files for all transactions
- Establish relationships with all third parties including lenders, inspectors, appraisers, and all agents to ensure a smooth process
- Be the first point of contact/resource for all questions that arise throughout the closing process
- Ask clients and sphere of influence for referrals
- Keeping all company systems updated
Qualifications
- Already a licensed realtor or is pursuing real estate license
- High school or equivalent required, some college experience preferred
- Background or knowledge of the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages preferred
- Candidates should be organized and able to communicate written and verbal information to clients accurately and clearly
- Motivated to serve people and provide excellent customer service
- Excellent at building rapport
- People orientated
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good organization and time management skills
- Highly detail orientated
- Learning-based
- Willing to learn scripts and dialogues
- High school graduate
- Real Estate License preferred (willing to obtain eventually)
- Must be able to provide high-level customer service at all times

Compensation
$14 - $16 hourly
