Procure to pay Supply chain expertise -best practices SAP Ariba SAP S4 Hana The solution has been designed-what truly needs to get done for a successful go live. Supporting Change management- educating business, POC for process questions. The Global Process Owners (GPO) will be responsible and accountable for leading common business process designs for their process area. The GPO will ensure that technology enables the enterprise-wide design approach and meets the needs of the end-users and supports client’s business growth and profitability strategies. This role is responsible for working with all impacted business and functional executives to lead successful transformation for all in-scope business areas and identify opportunities to deliver new services where appropriate. Define and govern all processes (global, sub, and detail level) for the defined area. Ensure that any technology enables the enterprise-wide design approach and meets the needs of the end users. Coordinate the implementation of certain process activities by coaching the operational teams. Incorporate continuous productivity and efficiency improvements using metrics-based performance analysis. Develop process-specific design guiding principles and capabilities in support of strategic priorities. Be accountable for global process design, decisions, and impacts as part of key initiatives like business integrations and/or technology investments. Influence decisions by providing counsel and support to business teams and functions by connecting results with financial analysis and functional activity. Deliver on cost savings targets as part of the annual planning process and achievement throughout the year that are related to assigned global process. Work cross functionally creating alignment and engagement across the assigned global process, specifically where sub processes and resources don’t directly report into GPO.
Requirements:-
Bachelors' degree in HR/Procurement/Engineering/Finance/Business or a related field 8-10 years of relevant experience in business, finance, engineering, IT, HR, or related field 5 years management experience SAP Ariba SAP S/4 Hana Solid understanding of the Process Ownership and deep process knowledge of Global Process, specifically Procure to Pay Sound analytical and critical thinking skills with a strategic mindset Proven ability to be change agent and significant experience in driving transformation initiatives Strong relationship building skills and capability to build a support network Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others and to collaborate in a matrixed organization cross functionally to drive outcomes Experience thriving in a fast paced and growth-oriented organization Strong communicator, including written and presentation skills Ability to prioritize and help teams focus on key areas Preferred Process Owner/Value Stream Owner/and or business segment experience Knowledge or experience with SAP S/4 Knowledge or experience with Ariba Function Define and govern all processes (global, sub, and detail level) for the defined area. Ensure that any technology enables the enterprise-wide design approach and meets the needs of the end users.
