Kelly Benefits in Sparks, MD is seeking a payroll experienced individual to be accountable for onboarding and managing all aspects of quality payroll service for new clients. Responsible for obtaining information for payroll production and tax related issues; verifies totals, responds to/resolves client questions and problems and delivers high quality customer service. Additional responsibilities include:
· Work with Account Executives to gain an understanding of clients’ needs and use a Project Management approach to complete an accurate and timely setup all of the clients selected products/services
· Set and manage clients’ expectations while providing high level of customer service and support via phone, email and video conferences (Zoom)
· Coordinate and host various onboarding milestone conference calls with all project team members to ensure all deliverables are being met and tasks are being complete
· Ensure all project tasks are being tracked timely within the Project Management Tool (TaskRay) and that all client’s processes are logged within the CRM (Salesforce)
· Work alongside the Kelly Benefits Audit team and conduct quality assurance checks to ensure client setup and been completed accurately
· Maintain expert level knowledge of all Kelly Benefits systems, products and vendor partnerships to ensure clients receive maximum benefit of our services
· Anticipate clients' needs and assess risk in areas such as labor compliance, payroll, taxes, etc.
Minimum hours are Monday through Friday 8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Additional hours may be required to achieve business objectives.
Requirements –
· High School diploma required. Some college preferred
· Payroll experience required. Payroll service bureau experience preferred
· 1-2 years experience working with clients
· Strong computer/system and client facing experience preferred
