What are the responsibilities and job description for the Reporting Analyst – Hybrid Optional position at Kelly Benefits?
Kelly Benefits in Sparks, MD is seeking an eager to learn individual to perform analysis of monthly claims data and production & distribution of Executive Management Reports, using data visualization software. This role works closely with the Director of Plan Management with building Executive Management reports, enhancing visualization and design, as well as work with carriers, suppliers and the underwriting team to secure claims data, also attend meetings and trainings while utilizing effective communication to secure information to complete projects.
Minimum hours are Monday through Friday 8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Additional hours may be required to achieve business objectives.
Requirements –
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
· Minimum of 2 years professional office experience or relevant coursework preferred
· Excel proficiency highly preferred
