What’s a typical day as a ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT? You’ll be:
- Internal order requests – creation of forms, coordinating recognition programs, updating marketing documents, communicating with warehouse, executing department charges through point of sale, tracking all programs through completion
- Management of NPA’s in point of sale – loading new parts and managing existing parts
- Creating weekly stock orders at the pavilion store
- Executing monthly inventory adjustments in Epicor
- Inputting received milestones on a monthly basis
- Performing cycle counts on a monthly basis
- Assist with seasonal sale management
PAY RATE: $18/ hour
- Tuesday – 8 hours
- Wednesday – 8 hours
- Thursday – 8 hours
- Friday – 4 hours
- Weekly Total: 28 hours/week
