What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assembler position at Kelly?
Assemblers Needed in Waukegan!
2nd Shift 3pm-11:30pm
$18/HR
Assembling and Packing Medical Supplies
WHAT YOUR DAY WOULD LOOK LIKE
- Assembling medical kits, for example one is for surgeries.
- Count components and kits for accuracy using count scales/manual.
- Check the seal, lid label, and case label before packing them into case to ensure accuracy.
- Apply case labels.
- Monitor quality of the kits and report defective or non-compliant material to your group lead.
- Maintain a clean work area.
- Assemble all products in accordance with State and Federal regulations.
It is a clean room, so you will wear a smock, hairnet, shoe covers (or you can keep a pair of clean shoes there) and masks.
The line moves at a comfortable pace, but can pick up at times, so good attention to detail is key.
You will have the opportunity to rotate lines and pack the kits in the pack room.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS/EXPREIENCE
Ability to stand for entire shift
Ability to take direction and constructive feedback
Ability to preform repetitive assembling
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
