We’re seeking an Assembler to work at an industry-leading client of ours in Leesburg, VA 20175. With us, it’s all about finding the job that’s just right.

Responsibilities:
Entry level position focused on learning basic functions within the inspection process of spinal surgical sets. Performs all or any combination of the following responsibilities of loaner operations:
- Unload daily shipments of incoming surgical sets and help with precautionary cleaning/decontamination
- Train with a loaner specialist to gain knowledge of proper procedures
- Develop an understanding of our ERP system (JDE)
- Complete all new hire training modules
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
- Must be detail oriented and able to sit and inventory incoming spinal surgical sets.
- Identify catalog #, Lot # and Qty, comparing it to a parts list in our ERP system.
- Visual inspections of implants and instruments will be conducted and if needed cleaning will be performed.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be detail oriented
- Possess good organizational skills
- Goal oriented
- Ability to perform essential duties in accordance with FDA standards
- Must be a self-starter who likes to work independently, but is also a team player
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be able to lift to 50 pounds
- Ability to read and understand detailed work instructions and Good Manufacturing Processes
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to learn and work with new computer programs
