We’re seeking an Assembler to work at an industry-leading client of ours in Leesburg, VA 20175. With us, it’s all about finding the job that’s just right.

• Hours: 12 PM to 9 PM Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:

Entry level position focused on learning basic functions within the inspection process of spinal surgical sets. Performs all or any combination of the following responsibilities of loaner operations:

• Unload daily shipments of incoming surgical sets and help with precautionary cleaning/decontamination
• Train with a loaner specialist to gain knowledge of proper procedures
• Develop an understanding of our ERP system (JDE)
• Complete all new hire training modules
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
• Must be detail oriented and able to sit and inventory incoming spinal surgical sets.
• Identify catalog #, Lot # and Qty, comparing it to a parts list in our ERP system.
• Visual inspections of implants and instruments will be conducted and if needed cleaning will be performed.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must be detail oriented
• Possess good organizational skills
• Goal oriented
• Ability to perform essential duties in accordance with FDA standards
• Must be a self-starter who likes to work independently, but is also a team player
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be able to lift to 50 pounds
• Ability to read and understand detailed work instructions and Good Manufacturing Processes
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to learn and work with new computer programs
