Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Hours: Monday- Friday 6:30am to 3:00pm

- Capable of providing assembly support, including but not limited to the final assembly, inspection and testing of various product lines.
- Competent use of various fixtures, gauges, and assembly tools to assemble, adjust, or repair product.
- Work independently to standard operating procedures / work instructions, bill of materials, product specific information, and instruction from Management or Engineering to complete assembly or sub-assemblies.
- Responsible for visual inspections of material before and after assembly.
- Use various fixtures, gauges, and assembly tools to assemble, adjust, or repair product.
- Responsible for mechanical/electrical performance of completed assemblies and assist in making necessary adjustments to meet performance/quality goals.
- Maintain equipment and perform housekeeping duties as necessary using the principles of 5S and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
- The ideal candidate is a focused problem-solver, who demonstrates the attention to detail, time-management and teamwork to deliver results within production team.
- Past experience with IPC-A-610 ‘Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies’ and IPC/WHMA-A-620D ‘Requirements and Acceptance for Cable and Wire Harness Assemblies’
- Follow build work instructions
Follow wire diagrams and schematics
High quality of work with attention to detail on complex components - Able to work under deadlines
Able to communicate with coworkers
Able to follow work instructions and work with little supervision - Detail-oriented, willingness to learn and efficiency are ideal skills.
- Steel Toe Boots are required
