Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with project managers on client projects and related billings.
- Responsible for the client billing processes within established billing and accounting deadlines.
- Responsible for updates to project set-up to ensure proper budgeting and invoicing on each project.
- Responsible for the preparation of reports and required documents.
- Assist in collections of client invoices billed, and cash application of client payments.
- Responsible for making sure that the office area is organized at all times.
- Light lifting and carrying (less than 15lbs.) to transport files and supplies.
- Position may require protracted or irregular hours. Flexibility to work irregular hours is necessary due to client needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education, Experience & Qualifications:
- High school or G.E.D. certification.
- Minimum of 2 years’ billing and administrative experience.
- Good oral and written communication skills to interact with clients and staff successfully.
- Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word & Excel) with proficient keyboarding skills.
