IT BUSINESS ANALYST
For a 12 month assignment with possible extensions!!
LOCATION: Summit, New Jersey
Position is a blend of REMOTE & Onsite

Responsibilities:
- Contribute to organizational change and project management strategy, solutions, and implementation plans.
- Maintain department’s SharePoint site. Identify and implement improvements.
- Apply communications strategy and help create message development and delivery across various stakeholder and end user groups.
- Identify business improvement opportunities through analysis of metrics and help to develop ways to influence change and increase adoption.
- Provide input to the effectiveness of the awareness programs and change management interventions; take corrective actions to optimize results, as appropriate.
- Plan own work efforts; adhere to work plans, resource plans, and budgets.
- Raise issues and risks created by cross-team decisions, propose resolution, as appropriate.
- Notice dependencies between systems development and human performance work, make recommendations to project and customer executives.
- Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports.
Required qualifications:
- 2 years of experience (pharmaceutical industry preferred – GMP experience).
- Competent understanding of Project Management and Process Improvement Methodologies.
- PMP, Lean, or Six Sigma certification(s) helpful (but not required).
- Ability to provide objective feedback and advice to project team members regarding Management & Communication needs.
- Ability to function in fast paced, deliverable driven environment and multi-task across multiple projects at once.
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and knowledge of organizational behavior principles.
- Expert experience with Microsoft products Office [Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint].
- Experience with planning, coordinating and implementing projects.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- There is no per diem with this position
- There is no relocation budgeted for this position. If this position requires you to relocate you will be responsible for those costs.
- MUST be able to work without sponsorship or VISA transfer for this position
