Desired Start Date: ASAP
Assignment Duration: 6-month contract with possible extension
Duties will include:
Solves organizational problems by analyzing business requirements
Documenting processes, and designing solutions
Conducts interviews with key project stakeholders and document and presents the results
Recommends process improvements and alternative solutions
Write and maintain user documentation
This will be more of a project-based role, working on the following projects: Settlement Administration, Invoice Processing, Product Code Maintenance, Operational Stewardship.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excel and analytical skills
- Visio and MS Office
- Strong communication and presentation skills, process mapping
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8-hour day
