Key Responsibilities
- Lead analytical testing to support NDA/ANDA product development, ensuring technical excellence and regulatory compliance.
- Develop, validate, and implement analytical methodologies for raw materials, intermediates, and final products.
- Manage analytical project timelines and milestones effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate across functional groups to achieve company goals for new product launches and global market entry.
- Prepare technical reports and regulatory submissions related to CMC sections.
- BA/BS, MS, Ph.D. (preferred) in Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field.
- 1 years (Ph.D.), 3 years (MS, BA/BS) of relevant experience in ANDA/NDA pharmaceutical product development.
- Expertise in analytical techniques (HPLC, UPLC, GC, etc.) and regulatory submission processes (NDA, ANDA).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to innovate and deliver breakthrough solutions.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communicator with strong presentation skills.
