We’re seeking Claims Technicians to work in in San Angelo, TX .We’re here to help you find something great that works for you—so you won’t miss a moment of what really matters in your life.
This position WILL be remote for the first 6-8 months. Equipment provided. Selected Candidates are to provide high speed internet and dedicated workspace.
Snapshot:
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM during training period and then you can choose any 8-hour shift between 6AM-6PM.
Training: 12 weeks- must be able to commit to the full 12 weeks without any time off
Pay Rate: $14.25/hour - increases to $15/hour Benefits upon permanent placement
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Processes claims for payments.
Requests information from internal or external sources to ensure completeness and validity of claim. Researches claims as needed.
Answers inquiries regarding claim.
Using customer software, sorts claims according to network status. Enters claim information for pricing. Maintains a high level of accuracy and production rate.
Data entry skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks.
Ability to correctly complete assignments within specified timeframes.
Familiarity with medical and/or insurance terminology is a plus.
REQUIREMENTS:
6 months data entry experience (7,000 ksph) OR 6 months experience in a medical office environment.
High school diploma OR GED
Analytical and organizational skills and independent decision-making skills.
Clear and concise written and verbal communication skill
