We’re seeking for a Customer Service Representative to work at National HVAC Management Services in Freeport NY
Job Title: Customer Service Rep
Pay Rate: $20/hr. (Depending on Experience)
Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm Occasional weekend and late nights of 2 times per month required.
Terms of Employment: Temp to Perm.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and make outbound calls.
- Typing in details of vendor interactions into our system and other systems as well.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Skills:
- Experience answering high volume of inbound calls and making outbound calls.
- Six months of customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task. prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Education:
- High School Diploma
