Job Description:
- Provides administrative office support
- Coordinates with branch leaderships, Rehabilitation Technology Supplier RTS , Technician and other office support personnel
- Customer service for clients
- Answers phone calls and manages phone requests
- Coordinates with branch staff and clients/caregivers to set client/referral source evaluation, delivery and repair appointments.
