Details:
- Temp to Hire – Typical Conversion to Direct Hire at 6 months
- $15/hr to Start
- 11am to 7pm
- Part-Time or Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- The Lab Technician I handles samples, performs analyses and reports accurate and timely data according to Laboratory Operating Procedures and test methodologies.
- Homogenizes samples following standard protocols.
- Assists with cleaning laboratory carts, glassware, racks.
- Maintains cleanliness of laboratory work surfaces.
- Maintains records of all quality activities as required in Operating Procedures and Test Methods.
- Performs applicable testing with proper proficiency training with Supervision.
- Maintains and verifies equipment.
- Other Duties as Assigned
Requirements
- HS Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
- Interest in Microbiology/Chemistry or related field or commercial laboratory experience
- Microsoft Office
- Lift/carry/push or pull: Frequently 15 lbs
