Kelly is assisting a local client recruiting for an Estimating Assistant for a leading manufacturing company in McHenry, IL. This is a Direct Hire position paying $15-18/hr.

Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30 am to 5:30 pm., with OT and Saturdays as needed.

Responsibilities for this Estimating Assistant role include but are not limited to:

• Coordination and support for contractor/ customer base
• Daily communication to support team with customer requests
• Responding to bids
• Calling and emailing General Contractors and customers
• Plan marking and filing
• Job tracking

You should meet the following qualifications to be considered for this Estimating Assistant role:

• General knowledge of the construction industry is a plus
• Communication skills, verbal and written
• Critical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Proficient in Microsoft Office business applications
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
• Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet agreed upon deadlines
