What’s a typical day as an Estimator Manager? You’ll be:

• Leading a team of Estimators & working with company leadership to provide cost planning & estimating services to support multiple waterworks product lines.
• Responsible for developing & maintaining systems, metrics & standard work used in reviewing plans, drawings & specifications to identify opportunities & produce quotes.
• Overseeing specifications & reviews for incoming plans.
• Measuring & tracking department workloads & response times.
• Managing customers & demand deadlines.
• Providing area specific forecasts & reporting project statuses.

This might be a great fit for you if you:

• Have a BA/BS degree in Manufacturing Management, Business Administration or related field OR equivalent industry experience.
• Have 5 years of estimator experience in heavy industrial manufacturing in the general waterworks product industry.
• Have familiarity with industry technology-based productivity tools & construction project databases as well as Customer Relationship Management software.
• Have prior supervisory experience.
• Have in depth familiarity with: Microsoft Office products, blueprints, engineering, & technical drawings.

Schedules and Pay Rate:

• Monday- Friday 8:00am- 5:00pm
• $82k- $119k Annually (Based on Experience)
