What a typical day as a Guest Services Associate might look like:
- Provides excellent customer service to all Museum guests.
- Cordially greets guests and sells tickets; answers questions about the Museum and surrounding area
- Assists the daily operations of the group and motorcoach check-in activities, including stocking tour guide materials, following up on payment, and assisting with tour guide training.
- Other responsibilities as needed for special events, projects, and day-to-day activities
