What are the responsibilities and job description for the Heavy Industrial/Forklift Operator position at Kelly?
Pay Rate: $16.00/hour
Hours: Monday-Friday 6am-3:30pm, occasional Saturdays. 4–8 hour shift depending on workload.
What’s a typical day as a Forklift Operator? You’ll be:
- Sorting through pallets
- Disposing of our return product
- General facility maintenance to (sweeping, taking out the trash, pick up debris etc.)
- Offloading (floor loaded) containers by hand when needed (1-3 times per month)
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Candidate must be punctual, have great attendance and a good attitude and be willing to work OT.
- With the above duties position will involve lifting (up to 50lbs) and standing for long periods of time.
- Forklift experience is a plus but not necessary for this position we will train the right candidate
