Human Resources (HR) Generalist in Niles, OH
Pay: 34/hr
Job Description:
- Provide day-to-day responsibilities around HR processes such as metrics analysis, talent initiatives, data integrity, and performance management.
- Liaise with recruiting, shared services, compensation & benefits, and talent management leaders on various HR processes.
- Improve HR practices and processes continually, leveraging information systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work with leadership to make relevant modifications to new or existing policies and procedures via creation, documentation, & maintenance of standard policies.
- Partner with HR and functional manager to enhance an environment in which employees are actively engaged in helping to improve the business.
- Provide guidance on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
- Actively engage as a change agent in support of business priorities to build high performing, effective teams
- Assist Global Mobility initiatives for Corporate population
