What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR REPRESENTATIVE position at Kelly?
As an HR Representative, you:
? Conduct new employee orientations.
? Administer benefits and handle enrollment procedures.
? Handle Employee relations.
? Assist with worker’s compensation.
? Conduct monthly new hire meetings.
? Responsible for handling all aspects of temporary agency employees.
? Monitor payroll for salaried and hourly employees.
? Assist Supervisors/Managers with Progressive Communications/Terminations and employee meetings
? Conduct interviews for salaried and hourly positions.
? Assist with employee recognition programs/events.
Qualifications:
- 3 – 5 years HR experience in Distribution or Logistics
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel
Salary is based on experience.
