In-Vivo Technician

Kelly Science is currently seeking multiple candidates from In-Vivo Tech I-III for one of our growing clients located in Gainesville FL. This is a great opportunity to join a new laboratory with state of the art facilities.

Location: Gainesville FL metro area

Shift: Flexible to work evenings and weekends

Hourly Pay Rate: $21-$35

Responsibilities

• Perform basic procedures required for In Vivo Pharmacology studies, adhering to all standard operating procedures (SOPs), policies, and regulatory procedures.
• Maintain precise records by entering data into laboratory information systems and databases, ensuring compliance with protocols and SOPs.
• Participate in training programs to achieve proficiency in required procedures and contribute to the development of new procedures as needed.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of laboratory spaces, restocking supplies, and monitoring equipment operational status to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an applicable field of study in a laboratory/animal care setting, or High School Diploma with 2 years of relevant work experience in a laboratory/animal care setting.
• Previous experience with mouse handling, dosing, and sample collection is required.
• Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
