Sets up and operates production machinery in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. These must all meet the specifications required by production instructions (Pl). Adjusts machine settings to complete tasks accurately according to specifications and in a timely manner" Operates a computer and barcode scanner. Operate and tend equipment or machinery to perform product assembly. This position is the entry level of three levels of assembly. Training provided on the machinery and process. Attention to detail and a deep caring for quality required.

Essential Job Functions:

• Prior manufacturing experience required. Exposure or work with CNC Machines preferred.

• Feed raw material into the cutting machine.

• Scan order paperwork and set up machine to process the correct length and number of products

• Quality checks the order according to standards – ability to measure and do basic math

• Use a Bar code scanner and RF scanner

• Place fittings onto the hoses and parts cut

• Interest to gain skill and knowledge to move from an Assembly level I through to Assembly level III

• Keep assigned area clean and perform general maintenance for assigned equipment

• Lifting requirement 40-50lbs of bulky hoses consistently

Hours: 7-4:30P M-F. Some Saturday Overtime throughout the year as demand requires.

Starting Pay: $16 per hour

PPE: They will provide. Suggest good sneakers or supportive shoes to be on your feet in a warehouse/production floor for 8 hours
