Laboratory Technician II

Kelly Services is currently seeking a Laboratory Technician II in Flint, MI to work a contract assignment of 6 months for one of our top clients. Primary Responsibilities of the Laboratory Technician II includes:

Under direct supervision, performs a variety of routine laboratory operations in a quality assurance or research setting. Duties usually consist of making measurements & 5S practices. Assists higher level technicians in setup of laboratory equipment and in recording data for experiments and procedures. Requires knowledge in using various instruments to prepare for and perform tests. Performs routine and safety program checks and preventive maintenance on equipment. This is an entry-level position.

1st shift but 2nd shift if needed. Candidates will be primarily on first shift but if I have a need to run a booth on second I will move them to second shift.

Additional Information:

• Contract assignment, duration 6 months, with the possibility of extension or full time conversion based on performance and company need.
• Work schedule: full-time, first or second shift.
• Pay Rate: $16-18 (based on experience)
