- Shift: First / 1st shift M-TH 6am-4:30pm.

- Assist to supervise the performance of the employees in the department.
- Maintain strong communication with your supervisor for daily activities.
- Follow the plan and prioritize production in a daily basis as directed by supervisor.
- Ensure that everyone in the department follow the safety rules that apply.
- Support the supervisor to guarantee the quality of the production.
- Make sure that GMPs are follow by employees in the department.
- Help to organize and balance work load to seasonality/erratic demand through creative staffing strategies approved by supervisor.
- Lead by example.
- Assist to develop and train employees as directed by supervisor.
- Ensure that every employee is following the correct SOPs.
- Support supervisor to create and develop a culture that includes de following principles; Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost.
- Help to measure the productivity of the department and suggest ways to improve it.
- Support the communication with the employees using regular and structured meetings schedule by the supervisor.
- Support business systems as needed (WMS, Production reporting, etc.).
- Maintain and publish department performance metrics as directed by supervisor.
- Other duties/projects as assigned by supervisor.
- Minimum 6 months in similar environment
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Demonstrated Continuous Improvement completing the task indicated by the department lead
- Good communication skills, team leader
- Basic Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in OTC/FDA/GMP controlled environment
