Kelly is now hiring for Line Operators in Statesville, NC
Direct Hire
17 an hour
Shift: 1st shift & 2nd shift (4 days on/4 days off)

Responsibilities:
- BBS and Near-miss reporting participation
- Create and maintain a team effort attitude and team approach
- Meet productivity standards
- Complete required documentation
- Troubleshoot issues with quality or productivity related to the team or the machine
- Make adjustments to machinery as needed
- Suggest improvements to processes or procedures
- Coordinate with lab personnel, Team Leaders and Sr. Process Engineers for issues and improvements
- Perform 6S and other housekeeping duties required for clean and safe work environment
- Obtain and maintain three Certifications
- Train others as needed
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Recent manufacturing experience
- Positive team-oriented attitude and communication skills required
- Ability to multi-task, with little direction while maintaining a high attention to detail
- Physical capability to stand, walk, reach and lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to learn, ask questions, take initiative and adapt to change when required
- This is a 12.5 hours DAY shift position (6:30 am– 7 pm); Overtime as required
