We are hiring for a Building Maintenance Tech in a beautiful, new scientific production site in Lebanon, TN. You would be maintaining laboratories and offices in a Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) facility.

Pay - $27.50 per hour with weekly pay

PM Night Shift – 6:00pm – 6:30am (working one week Tues – Thursday, then following week Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri; no weekends!)

What will you be doing as a Building Maintenance Tech?

• Resolving calls for hot/cold, plumbing, leak, noise, odor, fire system issues, etc.
• Keep all facilities equipment and utilities in compliance with regulatory standards and in good working order
• Maintaining, operating all HVAC systems and associated equipment, electrical equipment, plumbing systems, building management system, and building repairs
• Performing facility inspections and report on condition affecting operations
• Performing basic troubleshooting using hand & power tools, test equipment, mathematics, operating manuals, specifications

To qualify, you’ll have:

• 2-4 years of related experience, with 2-3 years working in a cGMP environment
• EPA 608 Technician Certification, is a plus
• Understanding of quality systems and change order requirements in a validated facility is required
