We’re seeking Temp to Hire Office Clerk to work at a Premier Company in 2 locations, One in Ipswich, MA and the Second location in Rowley, MA. Hours and salary:
- First shift: 8am to 5pm
- $18.00 to $20.00 an hour depending on experience
- Work Schedule are Sunday - Thursday or Monday - Friday with rotating shifts on weekends.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Format new and existing documents within the framework of the data cards software applications and templates. Documents may include the following: SOPs, SMPs, Forms/Templates, Certificates of Analysis, Datacards, Trading Cards, Manuals, Protocol Cards, Datasheets, Batch Records, Scanned Documents, etc.
- Reordering material stock.
- Master and version control of SOPs, and all other controlled documents, product label controls, batch record issuance and reconciliation, records management programs, lab notebook issuance, and generation of product related documentation.
- Collaborate with various document owners, authors and technical resources to collect required draft content of documents to enable subsequent processing, review and approval processes.
- Shelving the data cards in alpha numerical order for final assembly.
- Barcoding pouched bags for final assembly.
Qualifications and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- High level of proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook required.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a professional office environment while applying the required software skills noted above.
- Experience using SharePoint, TrackWise, InDesign, and Lotus Notes is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with others in a team environment.
- Education or experience within a biotech or laboratory setting is highly preferred but not required.
