This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Schedules less complex products for production and/or facilitates more senior Planners in their schedules
- Proficient with pivot table and excel
- Solicits material cost requests from suppliers
- May perform related administrative tasks
- Analyzes information from Production
- Generates reports and analyzes information from Supply Ops, Marketing, Engineering, Customer Service, Sales and Production. Participates in project teams
- Recommends process improvements
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware
- Overall knowledge of production and scheduling processes
- Communication skills Interpersonal and team skills Decision Making Meeting Deadlines Problem Solving skills Negotiation skills
