What's a typical day as an Office Manager Administrator ? You'll be:

• Identify and document a range of strategies in a compliant, personalized and tailored format
• Preparation of comprehensive financial projections utilizing eMoney, calculations and research and full financial plans
• Provide ongoing technical support to clients and advisor
• Take charge of executing plans in client accounts, and managing and monitoring plan updates
• Track and report task status, transfer processing and account updates
• Deliver high quality client service in a professional, caring, and compliant manner
• Communicate effectively in person, in writing, and verbally with clients, prospects, and others in the organization
• Ability to close and acquire and service clients based on experience and readiness
• Working closely with advisor to develop portfolio/robust product solution recommendations that will fit the client’s risk tolerance and time frame. Develop appropriate product deliverables
• Respond to day-to-day queries from clients in order to relieve advisor of general queries
• Ability to have or grow into sales opportunities, either on the financial planning and/or Group Health insurance side of business
