What are the responsibilities and job description for the Payroll Analyst position at Kelly?
The principal duties of this position are to investigate, analyze, and prepare invoices that comply with contractual agreements and align with any company controls and procedures.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
- PC skills including MS Office with advanced skills in Excel
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably business-related) required, or bachelor’s degree in progress with relevant work experience
- Geared Turbo Fan(GTF) AR/AP experience generating invoices related to engine repairs and providing direct support to an overhaul & repair manufacturing environment preferred
- MRO SAP experience highly preferred
- MRO Engine invoice creation and reconciliation experience
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Proven ability to independently resolve moderate problems, and know when to seek support from other sources
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work with individuals and/or teams at all levels of the organization, and with fields outside of Finance
What’s a typical day as an Payroll Analyst? You’ll be:
- Generate MRO customer invoices, estimates and quotes on schedule
- Ensure accuracy of sales order material and labor charges
- Analyze invoices for internal error corrections before submission
- Help drive a 100% accurate and on time invoice culture
- Reconcile Customer accounts with Customer accounts receivable
- Apply provisions of Customer contracts to the invoice
- Meet internal and customer metrics on invoice timeliness and accuracy
- Apply ACE tools to ensure continuous improvement
- Other related duties as assigned
