This is a direct hire Product Manager position, meaning you will be hired permanently with our client and offered their competitive benefit and vacation package upon hire.

Benefits:

• Employees start accruing vacation immediately.
• 401(k) match:

Salaried – Eligible for Company Match after 6 months

$1.00/$1.00 on the 1st 3%, $0.50/$1.00 on the next 2% (immediate vesting)

Salaried employees also receive 2% regardless of whether they contribute. (Vests over 6 years)

Details:

• Hours: 7am-5pm with 1 remote work from home day each week!
• Salary Range $65,000 - $80,000
• Bolingbrook, IL

Position Information:

• The Product Manager will be responsible for the coordination and completion of projects. You will set deadlines and assign responsibilities, while monitoring and summarizing progress of the project. You’ll prepare reports for senior leadership regarding project status.

Required Experience:

• 2 years’ experience in manufacturing (or similar experience)
• Customer service experience
• Operations related experience
• Proficiency in excel
• Self-Driven
• Extremely detailed
• Excellent time management
• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Experience

• SAP
• Experience in manufacturing
• Reading CAD drawings
