Sign On Bonus once hired by customer after 13 weeks:

• $500 when hired by customer
• $600 6 months post hire date with performance review rating of “meets” or “above”.
• $1200 at 12 months post hire with performance review rating of meets or above.

What’s a typical day as a Roasting Associate? You’ll be:

• Document bean specifications at different stages of the process
• Operate roaster controls
• Follow all safety rules and Standard Operating Procedures
• Calibrate and perform light maintenance on roaster equipment
• Sample bean for roast levels and composition

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Second shift Monday to Friday 1PM-9PM and third shift Sun - Thurs 9PM - 5AM
• High School Diploma or Equivalent – Required
• Have some manufacturing or production experience plus an eagerness to learn.
• Detail oriented, can stand the entire shift and hands on experience.
