What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Coordinator position at Kelly?
POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, the Supply Chain Coordinator will support existing and newly developed Supply Chain processes, with a focus on investigating and writing assigned Supply Chain and Serialization deviations. The individual will be responsible gathering data from multiple sources, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventative actions to reduce deviation reoccurrence.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The ideal candidate for this position will be detail oriented, have a basic knowledge of Supply Chain and Logistics processes, and possess skills for technical writing, continuous improvement, and implementing root cause corrective actions in a cGMP environment.
- Responsible for executing root cause investigations, owning/authoring deviations, and driving continuous improvement efforts.
- Conduct data gathering, trending, and data presentation as needed to support investigations.
- Apply DSCSA/serialization to Supply Chain Operations and Quality Management requirements.
- Support serialization implementation-related projects and participate in product launches.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance of deployed solutions including SOPs and Work Instructions.
- Hold CMO, serialization vendor, and 3PL accountable to responsibilities as they pertain to adherence to procedures, DSCSA, and Supply Chain requirements.
- Identify opportunities and support efforts to improve processes through continuous improvement and business process re-engineering.
- Manage product flow from CMOs or manufacturing sites, through warehouse and logistics, and quality release to ensure product is available to Civica customers in a timely manner.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
- 4 years of relevant experience in related field and a BS or BA.
- BS /BA in a relevant discipline, e.g. supply chain, logistics, operations management, or similar is required. Experience in pharmaceutical operations/cGMP environment.
- Previous experience with serialization and/or pharmaceutical packaging preferred.
- Previous experience with rfxcel or other applicable application that focuses on Track & Trace requirements preferred.
- Experience in managing detailed tasks within large projects and dispersed resources.
- Background across manufacturing, quality, supply chain and/or commercial operations.
