Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities: The Project Coordinator is responsible for creating Automobile and PowerSports communications (for internal customers, external customers, and dealers). This includes creating content for various requestors throughout the corporation; therefore, they must work with diverse input to develop high-quality content that best serves the audience.
Daily Tasks & Key Responsibilities:
- Create various communications such as dealer messages, program announcements, personnel announcements, divisional announcements, in-vehicle messages
- Produce all communications with zero errors (100% quality)
- Manage the creation, review, and approval processes to complete assignments by the due date
- Manage the department’s standard operating procedure (SOP) process
- Manage the department’s cloud-based project management system
Top 3 Required Skills:
1. Excellent technical writing and editing, including grammar, punctuation, and style
2. A meticulous approach to their work and an eye for detail
3. Proactive schedule coordination and communication
Desired Skills:
- Basic automotive technical knowledge is required
- Asks questions and interacts well with others, including technical writers and SMEs
- Maintaining high-quality work under pressure of deadlines Coordinating multiple projects at one time Cross department support as needed
