What are the responsibilities and job description for the QN Coordinator position at Kelly?
Kelly is currently seeking an experienced and detail oriented QN Coordinator to join a long-term team in the Midland, MI area! This will be a primarily remote role with the occasional on-site meeting required. The QN Coordinator works within the Logistics Quality Team to address and resolve customer complaints caused by a logistics provider. The QN Coordinator follows the detailed work processes to acknowledge, investigate and communicate customer complaint information with co-workers, business focals, and logistics providers.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Good communication skills – both written and verbal are essential for success in this role.
- Problem solving, attention to detail, customer focus and good organization skills are also required.
- Experience with SAP and MS Office suite is a plus.
