What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Compliance Coordinator position at Kelly?
1st shift, 7:00am - 4:00pm, pay $31/h
What’s a typical day as a Quality Compliance Coordinator? You’ll be:
- Coordinating the implementation of the Food Safety Management system (FSSC 22000)
- Managing and supporting product trials
- Coordinating compliance with HACCP requirements and Pre-requisites program
- Ensuring training and education for the food security team, as well as for the operators to monitor critical points
- Ensuring compliance to local and federal food safety standards
- Work closely with plant operations teams in the areas of quality program management, inspection coordination and testing requirements
- Maintaining hold database and hold inventory for packaging material, ingredients and finished produced. Create plans to continuously drive improvement and mitigate any gaps.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
- 1-3 years' experience in Quality Systems management (i.e. QCMS, HACCP, SQF, BRC, FSSC, ISO)
- Exposure to Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement
- SAP experience strongly preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, IQS, eQCMS
